Coming from a tenured sales background, I pursued my dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2013. Partnered with my tenacity for helping others and love of Memphis real estate, I have found this career and the interaction with my clients to be extremely rewarding.
As a first generation American, I understand the meaning of hard work, and I always give my clients my all. Being bilingual allows me the opportunity to work with both English and Spanish speaking clients. With my clients, I form close and professional bonds putting them in the center of each transaction and keeping them highly informed of each and every step of the process. Clients love working with me for my high level of customer service and fast response times, my no pressure attitude, and my completely involved approach. I love helping buyers determine which qualities are most important to them in a home, showing them their options, and delivering honest feedback until we find the right home. For sellers, I really enjoy helping them prepare their home for the market and allowing them to move on to the next chapter in their life. I have a perfect marketing strategy to help get your home on the market and sell for the highest dollar amount in the shortest time possible.
To keep up with today’s fast pace market, I use Dotloop to make transactions seamless for both buyers and sellers. Dotloop is a digital signature program making the buying and selling process much easier and faster for my clients with extremely busy schedules.
I am truly dedicated to learning and mastering the skills necessary to help my clients in their home buying or selling experiences. Through continuing education courses, I have earned several realtor designations. I hold the designations for ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - only 3% of realtors nationwide hold this highly esteemed designation), and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). I am also a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the MAAR (Memphis Area Association of Realtors). Not only have these courses allowed me to fine tune my skills in working with buyers and sellers, but they have also taught me about contract law, negotiation skills, on-line marketing strategies, and how to spot market trends.
